We respect your privacy and integrity and strive to take the best care when collecting, storing, using and protecting your personal information in accordance with the Terms and this Privacy Policy.
Collection of Personal Information
In order for us to provide you with the Services, we ask you for your personal information when you register. SUCh personal information may include your name, e-mail address, postcode, date of birth, gender, interests, profile picture, etc. (“Personal Information” or “User Data”). If you choose to register through an external registration feature made available by CrowdEyes, some of the personal information provided will be transferred to CrowdEyes from your designated registration account. When you use the Service, additional personal information may be automatically or voluntarily collected from you. Such personal information may include information about your activities, such as location information (GPS data) and other information, e.g. time, etc. Additional personal information related to you may be collected from user-generated content, either generated by you or by other users. We encourage you to always update your personal information. If you provide us with personal information about a third party, e.g. If you invite your friends to join the CrowdEyes community, we only use such third-party data for that specific purpose (providing the invitation). We do not contact the third party further, unless the third party contacts us.
Sharing of Personal Information and User-Generated content
You agree to share to the CrowdEyes Community. You accept and acknowledge that we may disclose to and publish on the Website or through the Services your user-generated content, including the personal information related thereto. By default, personal information such as your email, website password and phone number will not be disclosed or published by CrowdEyes. Any posting and/or automatic posting of your activities and other user-generated content to connected partners (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) requires your active consent.
Changing your Account Settings
By default, your personal information is set as indicated in the illustration. By using the Services without changing these default settings, you expressly authorize this sharing and use of the Services as always at your own risk.

You can close your account by deleting the software. However, you understand and agree that some of your User Generated Content that appears outside of your profile, in activity feeds, in other parts of the Services, or on other platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.) may continue to appear on The Services or on other platforms, even after your User Generated Content is removed or your account is terminated. Additionally, the removed User Generated Content may persist in backup copies for up to three months (but will not be accessible to others). Account deletion may not limit CrowdEye’s right to store information if required by law, administrative purpose, legal settlement or the like.
Transfer of Personal Information is subject to your Consent
We will only disclose and share your personally identifiable information with business partners, third parties or other individuals outside the CrowdEyes community with your consent.
However, we may need to transfer your personal information to our service providers in order to perform the services for you and conduct our business; for example data handling, e-mail distribution, market research, information analysis and promotion administration, etc. The transfer is secure and the data recipient may not assume ownership rights to your personal information outside the purpose of the transfer. Children
Subject to CrowdEye’s age restrictions for use of the Services in the Terms, we encourage parents and guardians to participate in and advise their children about their use of online activities. We encourage children to obtain their parent’s and/or guardian’s permission before disclosing information to an online media outlet.
Links To Third Parties
CrowdEyes, users of User Generated Content, third party service providers and advertisers may provide links to other Internet sites and/or other resources. Since we have no control over such websites and resources, we are not responsible or liable for the availability, content, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. Note that these third-party websites may have their own privacy policies.
Automatically Connected Data
When you visit the website, we automatically collect data about your visit. This includes your IP address, the web pages you view and their order, the duration of your visit, the website or search engine you came from, the keyword(s) you entered into the search engine on the website, your operating system and browser type and version, your screen resolution and the number of colors used by your device if your device supports JavaScript and Flash.
