  • Why should I use CrowdEyes?

    • Most existing procedures for handling lost & found generally have the obvious disadvantage that unfortunate persons who wish to get back their lost & found must obtain information from several places. It can be an obstacle and cause them to give up.
    • In relation to lost & found material, the effect is that a large number of unfortunate people never get their Lost&Found back. Instead, it is sent to the responsible authorities. If the authorities are unable to identify and contact the owner, it is sent for destruction after a while, because the amount is enormous and their handling of Lost &Found material is traditional, outdated and too resource-intensive.
    • By using CrowdEyes' services, it is possible to share information about everything lost & found in one easily accessible solution, which will optimize the entire process and be a huge relief for everyone involved. This will lead to a more responsible and sustainable handling of lost & found, to the great joy of us all.
    • Experiences from customers who use the solution show a very significant internal and external process and service gain. A typical customer therefore spends on average less than a minute on a Lost&Found, compared to up to 10 minutes previously. And because all information is readily available in The CrowdEyes MobileApp, unlucky guests have much easier access to it.

  • How can I make sure that it is the rightful owner who is contacting me?
